Service Description

This is much more than a Reiki treatment. It is a deeply personalised two-hour session that draws on the different healing tools I have studied and practised over many years. We begin with a conversation to explore what is happening in your life, how you are feeling and what you would like support with. I then work intuitively, responding to what you need rather than following a fixed formula. Your session includes: • Meridian balancing through kinesiology • A channelled message from your Akashic Records • A personalised energy-healing treatment • Tailored practices to continue at home, which may include yoga, meditation and a video to follow • A personalised Bach Flower Remedy Reiki may form part of the session, but I draw on all my experience to support you as a whole person — physically, emotionally, energetically and spiritually. A short introductory phone call before your appointment helps me understand what you would like to explore and prepare for our time together.
